The factions of the Bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko, the Our Ukraine-People's Self-Defense Bloc, and the Bloc of Lytvyn signed a coalition agreement in the Verkhovna Rada on Tuesday. It is stated in the document that Ukraine's joining to NATO will take place only after the all-Ukrainian referendum. Among the other strategic points of the document there are regulation of the land market and land cadastre and approving of the act, in which history and share of the OUN-UPA members will be stated.
