Viktor Yushchenko and Ceyla Pazarbasioglu

President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko and head of the International Monetary Fund Mission Ceyla Pazarbasioglu during a meeting in Kiev, December 10, 2008. At the meeting President thanked the IMF for its support of Ukraine in times of world financial crisis. He also assured that the Ukrainian side would keep up to its obligations under the Memorandum on economic and financial policy. Beside that President addressed the IMF with a request to consider supporting of some additional measures, such as financing of projects within the framework of preparation to EURO 2012 or construction of housing.
