Vice Prime Minister of Poland Leshek Baltserovich. On Thursday, March 23, 2000 in Kyiv Baltserovich and Ukrainian first vice Prime Minister Yuryi Ekhanurov signed a declaration, according to which Poland should provide Ukraine by expert and educational aid, while conducting the administrative-economical reforms. Ruler of economical reforms in Poland Baltserovich noted that, in order to fulfill economical reforms in Ukraine, first it is necessary to put an end to corruption.
