Nina Kutsenko told journalists that militiaman “kidnapped, tormented and then killed her son Vladimir in 2003 and took his kidney”. All her attempts to carry out a criminal investigation of this case were cancelled, by her words, as far as “militiamen-werewolves” were involved in this case. The woman appealed to the Remedial League that helped her to meet Viktor Yushchenko. Ukrainian President received Kutsenko and charged the Prosecutor General Svyatoslov Piskun to investigate this case and to inform him personally. At the press conference, the head of International social organization “International League defending the rights of Ukrainian citizens” Edward Bagirov announced that the Remedial League had appealed to Ukrainian President with a request of Svyatoslov Piskun’s resignation from his post, as far as the Remedial League had received many complaints of inactivity of the Office of Public Prosecutor.
