Zelimakh Arslangereev

Zelimakh Arslangereev, the vice-President of the Caucasian Information Bureau (CIB) says the real figures of losses of the both parties in the Russian-Chechen war, on Wednesday , March 15, 2000. According to his data, the number of died Russian in 20 thousands, while there were killed 1200 Chechen Military men, 20 thousands of peace population and more than 50 thousands of Chechnya-citizens were maimed.
