Beachfront volleyball

The Beach volleyball players took part in the 2nd Open Cup of the Kyiv City Federation of Beach volleyball in the Kyiv-based Hydropark "Oasis Coca-Cola" place on the Tournament opening day (Thursday, June 24, 1999). The tournament will be carried out on the 24-28th of June. The 56 Ukrainian teams will take part in the competition. The Prize Fund makes up Hr130.000. The UkrPertoleum and the Coca-Cola companies are among the main sponsors of the action. From the 1986 onwards the Beach volleyball is considered to be the Olympic kind of sport.
