COMM Empty ferries stand near Nikopol’s Ferroalloy Plant, Thursday, September 1, 2005. A meeting was organized by former holders of the plant that day. Relatives of the plant employers became anxious with them participating in the meeting and being show on television on-line and asked the government to return them home.
