Leonid Kuchma and Leonid Kasyanov

The Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma and Mikhail Kasianov, the vice-Prime Minister of Russia during their meeting in the Presidential premises in Kyiv, on Thursday, February 22, 2000. Kasianov arrived in Ukraine with the one-day working visit. Just after his arrival her declared that the Russian Party still insists, that the debt sum of Ukraine for gas significantly exceeds $2 billions, and, added that he had the sustaining documents.
