Examples of the pipes that were used for illegal transportation of oil, displayed by militiamen at a special exhibition in Poltava’s area, Thursday, August 18, 2005. Ukraine’s Minister of the Interior Yury Lutsenko declared in the course of his visit to Poltava’s area, that stealing of oil and gas condensate was reduced to zero this year due to operations of special subdivision of the Ministry of the Interior.
