COMM Aircraft AN-140VIP produced by Kharkov’s State Aviation Enterprise is demonstrated to Libyan military delegation at “Sokolniki” airdrome, Saturday, August 13, 2005. That day Libyan military delegation, headed by the chief of custom administration of Libyan Ministry of Defense lieutenant-general Abderrahman As-Seyd, became acquainted with new samples of Ukrainian armour.
