On Tuesday, August 9, 2005, shareholders of the close corporation “Dynamo Kiev” Soccer Club” declared officially, that they were going to discuss the club reorganization into an opened corporation at a stockholders' meeting on September 26 of the current year. Questions concerning recall and new election of the president and his assistance will be also discussed at the meeting. Giving an interview to “Ukrainian Pravda” in December 2004, Konstantin Grigorishin, former business associate of FC Dynamo Kiev President Grygory Surkis, declared that he would capture FC Dynamo Kiev “on principle”.
