The pilots carry the grave with the body of Oleg Zhilin, An-12 Airplane's crew's commander on the territory of the t. Zaporozhia-based military settlement of pilots, on Sunday, November 21, 1999. Zhilin, the former commander of the Zaporozhian regiment of the military-transport aviation, disbanded in 1997, piloted the Ukrainian cargo plane AN-12, which had blown up when flying up in the Zaire-based airport on November 10, 1999. Igor Karzhenkov, the Zhilin's son in law died in Eritrey in the accident of the IL-78 crew a year before, on July 17, 1998. The other crew's members were the natives of Dzhankoy, the Crimea.
