The USA Authorities preferred a charge in drug contraband, as, according to their data, 4 tons of drugs, worth $400 millions were on board a ship. Sergey Kurdyukov, the captain, Sergey Kruglyak, the mate, and Oleg Khmyznikov, the third mate, were declared guilty by the Texas state authorities, the USA, in the drugs contraband. They had transported 10 tons of cocaine, worth-$1 billion in USA during the 10 months.
