On February 4, 2000 the deputies of the leftist Parliamentary fractions distributed the declaration, which was addressed to the foreign Embassies in Ukraine and International Financial Institutions. In the declaration they informed that the decision of the Parliamentary Majority, in particular, the election of National Bank Chairman is illegal, that's why Ukraine will not be responsible for the financial obligations' signed by Victor Stelmakh. On the press-conference the leaders of the Political leftist fractions named the actions in the Parliament during January 21- February 4 -- illegal overturn, and pointed that the present President will respond for them. At the same time, they confirmed that the leftist fractions are ready to continue the negotiations with the right majority and seek the compromise decisions in order to overcome the crisis in Parliament.
