COMM Head of Donetsk administration Borys Kolesnikov sitting in jail of a prisoner is indignant at the verdict of Kiev’s Pechersky court, Friday, July 15, 2005. The court refused to comply with Kolesnikov’s request concerning illegal commencement of prosecution brought against him by article 364 p.2 of Ukrainian criminal code. Office of Public Prosecutor brought an action against deputies Raisa Bogatyreva and attorney Andrey Fedur, right, because they had disseminated information about cash deposits by members of Penchuk family without their consent.
