Tamara Lazarenko, Marina Dovgopola, Alexander Bezukha, Viktor Nikazakov
(From the right to the left) Tamara Lazarenko, the wife of the ex-Prime minister, the solicitor Marina Dovgopolova, Alexander Bezukha, Lazarenko's representative, the solicitor Viktor Nikazakov in the premises of the Kyiv-based Shevchenkovsky District Court, where the case on the Lazarenko's flat will be considered on January 25, 2000. Mrs. Lazarenko returned in Ukraine from the USA on December 1, 1999 and was not allowed to enter her flat. According to the General Prosecutor's Office's information, the Housing Office of the Cabinet of Ministers brought a suit against Mrs. Lazarenko after she had already returned in Ukraine. The suit is aimed to deprive her of her rights on the flat, situated on str. Desyatinnaya, 10. On January 25, 2000 the court sitting was postponed till February 17, till the moment, when, according to the applicant's requirement, Alexander, the son of Tamara and Pavel Lazarenko will be able to take part in the sitting.
