Sergey Kovalenko

Sergey Kovalenko, the Crimea-dweller is shot near his new Volvo C70 саr, which he had purchased thought the "Viking Motors" Company the day before on the Kyiv-Dnepropetrrovsk route, 100km from Kyiv, in March, 1998. In June, 1998, he occurred in the traffic accident, got the serious traumas, and became the 2nd group invalid. According to the victim's barrister, the crash with the obstacle took place on the high speed, but no one of the security air cushions worked in the car. In the nearest future, the pensioner Kovalenko, 34, will bring a suit against the Volvo Company in the case if the "Viking Motors", the "Volvo" official dealer, or "Volvo" itself will pay of the material and moral damage.
