Yulia Timoshenko
Yulia Timoshenko, center, the vice Prime Mnister of Ukraine answers the journalist's questions after the press-conference on Wednesday, January 12, 2000, in Kyiv. Timoshenko declared that during the week the question on the introduction of the state of emergency in the energy sphere of Ukraine will be decided. According to her, the President and Vctor Yshenko, the Prime Minister of Ukraine had orally had agreed with this sentence. The vice Prime-Minister noted that within the last years the debts of all the consumers for the energy in Ukraine had 200% increased and makes up Hr26.5 billions. According to her, the " Neftegaz Uktsyny" National Company has a debt of $2,759 millions to the Russian Company "Gasprom", the $492 millions out of the amount - is the fine.
