COMM Jockey of aircraft SU-27UB Vladimir Toponar (left), the flight dispatcher Yury Yatsyuk (centre) and air-show director Anatoly Tretyakov accused for the crash of aircraft SU-27UB that has caused the Sknylovska tragedy after bringing in a verdict of the Military Appeal Court of Central region after the end of hearing of the case concerning the aircraft disaster at Sknylovsky airdrome on July 27, 2002, Lvov, Friday, June 24, 2005. The public prosecutor requires the following inflictions: 14 years of confinement for the jockey Vladimir Toponar with payment of compensation in the amount 7.2 mln hryvnas, 8 years for the second pilot Yuri Yegorov with payment of compensation in the amount 2,458 mln hryvnas, 5 years for the flight dispatcher Yuri Yatsyuk and Anatoly Tretyakov with payment of compensation in the amount 700 thousand hryvnas.
