COMM UNIAN ARCHIVE A pilot of aircraft SU-27UB, which crash has caused the Sknylovska tragedy, Vladimir Toponar listens to evidentiary hearing in Lvov’s Appeal Court, Tuesday, June 21, 2005. On Thursday, June 23, 2005, a judgment was pronounced by the Military Appeal Court of Central region after the end of hearing of the case concerning the aircraft disaster at Sknylovsky airdrome on July 27, 2002. The public prosecutor requires the following inflictions: 15 years of confinement for the first pilot, 10 years for the second pilot, 7 years for the flight dispatcher and 5 years for other defendants.
