Taras Bublik

Taras Bublik condemned under clause 111 part 1 (parricide) in high security penal colony No 100, Kharkov region, on Friday 17, 2005. The condemned is sentenced to 7 years of imprisonment as German spy, 3.5 years has been already imprisoned. Bublik served in Afghanistan, is reward with Order of Red Star. Also he had time to serve in three armies: Soviet Army, Russian an Ukraine ones. The last place of his service is Precarpathian command (West operations command), the last post – senior officer by arming and technique. He says that Security Council of Ukraine of Ivano-Frankovsk region performed the order of a local oligarch who had a quarrel with Bublik on account of a flat. The condemned did not admit his guilt and appealed to Strasburg’s court. His wife lives in Ivano-Frankovsk, daughter - in Germany. A criminal proceeding was instituted also against his wife.
