Vladimir Chernyak

Vladimir Chernyak, left, the vice-Chairman of the Ukrainian National Rukh (Rukh) makes a speech after he had received the certificate on Party registration in Kyiv, on Wednesday, January 5, 2000. The Rukh became the 90th Party, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. Yuri Kostenko was elected for the Chairman of the Rukh on the Constituent Unifying Assembly of the Party.
