Sergey Ivanchenko
The UNIAN Archive. Sergey Ivanchenko - the Ukrainian Citizen. On Monday, December 27, 1999 Ivanchenko was seized by the Russian Federal SS Department on Protection of Constitutional Structure and Fight against Terrorism. The investigation was organized by the Legislative Bodies of Ukraine. He is considered to be the direct organizer and participant of the act of terrorism, which took place on October 2, 1999, in v. Ingulets, Krivoy Rih outskirts. The act was conducted against Natalia Vitrenko, the candidate for the Ukrainian President. For the present, according to the Russian agencies' information, S. Ivanchenko is kept in the Lefortovo's investigation cell.
