The "Three Fat Men"
The "Three Fat Men", the winners of tournament of the Open Ukrainian League of KVN - 99 (Club of Cheery and Smart), the team of the Khmelnitsk-based Institute of Regional Management and Law carry the just received prix on Wednesday evening, December 1, 1999, in Kyiv. On the same day the final of the Tournament of the Open Ukrainian KVN League took place. The 16 teams took part in the tournament, which started in February of the current year. The selection of the teams was conducted in January, 1999 simultaneously with the selection of the Higher KVN League in Moscow. The Tournament was organized by the AMIC company in collaboration with the 1+1 TV-channel. The each game was conducted by Alexander Maslyacov and showed by the 1+1.
