The burned body of the victims of fire, which took place on Friday, October 29, 1999 in the Prymorsky Regional Office of the Tax Militia, Odessa. According to the official version, Sergey Kaverin, 45, the head of the private firm "Lyuk" broke 2 bottles of solvent of the white spirits group and fired the liquid. He made it, after the Tax Office collaborators refused to return him the documents. As a result, Kaverin, four Tax Office Collaborators and technical worker, who was also in the room died in the fire. According to the Tax Office collaborators, Kaverin had organized the output of sausages and bilked of taxes in the whole size.
