Tournament ”Hercules of the year”
Mikhail Starov (Kharkiv), the sport master of the power-lifting international class holds the 400kg-weight balls on the Fifth round of the All-Ukrainian Tournament "The Hercules of the Year" in Zaporozhia, on Sunday, October 24, 1999. Starov had held that weight for 40.1seconds and exceeded the World record, which earlier made up 35 seconds.
