On Friday, March 18, 2005, Kharkov citizen Gubarev went to Kiev Pechersky regional law with a request to declare illegal results of privatization contest for the sale of 78% Nikolayev shipyard “Damen Shipyard's Oceanstocks”. The plaintiff supposes that his rights as Ukrainian citizen were outraged, since the contest conditions were managed in such a way so that made his participation in the contest impossible.
