The UNIAN Archive Alexander Moroz, the candidate for the President of Ukraine, receives the certificate of the candidate in the Central Election Committee in Kyiv. On Wednesday, October 13, 1999 the members of "The Kanevska Four" Alexander Tkachenko and Vladimir Oliynyk decided to support the Moroz's candidature for the President election on October 31.
