The Colonel-General Alexander Stetsenko, the Air-raid Commander, left, gives comments to the foreign observers after the first day of maneuvers "Duel-99" on the training ground "Chauda", situated not far from Feodosia on Monday, October 11, 1999. The 7 CIS Ministers, in particular, Heads of the Military Offices of Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus, Moldova and Tajikistan observed the joined exercise of the Ukrainian Anti-raid and Ukrainian Navy, which started on that day. The combat shootings from the modern Anti-raid equipment: C-200, C-300, Beech, Circle and C-125 were conducted during the exercise. The maneuvers will last till October 14.
