COMM ARCHIVE UNIAN Ukrainian people's deputy Igor Yeremeyev goes by service bus to petroleum refinery “Galichina” in Drohobych in July of 2004. According to “Ukrainian Pravda” the decision of Minister of Justice Roman Zvarich to send in his resignation is because of the events in Department of Justice. Mr. Yeremeyev visited Department of Justice in Zvarich’s absence and calling himself as adviser of Julia Tymoshenko dictated a counsel for the decree project of Cabinet of Ministry about the veto on reexport of oil without coordination with Mr. Zvarich. Minister’s wife who is the deputy director of “Oil-transit” company Svetlana Zvarich accused Yeremeyev of attemts to enable her business in “fictitious schemes” of ad valorem tax refund .
