Edward Falts-Feyn

Baron Edward Falts-Feyn shows the photo of Prizhevalsky hourses in the UNIAN agency on Wednesday, October 6, 1999. 100 years passed since the baron's ancestor brought in the Askania-Nova forest reserve the livestock of Prizhevalsky hourses from Mongolia and saved them from extinction. For the present moment 8% out of the whole livestock of those horses (more than 120) live in Ukraine. On October 7, 1999 the VI International Symposium on the questions of the reservation of Prizhevalsky hourses will start in the Askania-Nova. The scientists from more than 20 countries (Germany, Holland, the USA, Japan, China, Uzbekistan, UAR, Russia and others) will take part in the Symposium. Photo by Mikhail Markiv/ UNIAN
