The Ukrainian Artistic-Legal Association (UALA) brought a suit against Skrypka in connection with the breach of the joined agreement's demands. Vladimir Bludnitsky informed about it on the press conference on Tuesday, September 28, 1999. It is mention in the suit, that UALA blames Skrypka for organization of the wildcat UALA concert, which was conducted on May 27, in Kyiv in the framework of the City's Day Celebration. The UALA demands to impose a penalty on Skrypka in the sum of material damage - Hr50 thousands and moral one - Hr 25 thousands. As it was mentioned on the press conference, in order to provide the suit demands the court seized the Skrypka's flat. According to the musician, the mentioned above concert carried the charitable character, so the UALA has no right to demand the material compensation for his behavior. According to him, the further existence of the group depends of the court's decision. The court can allow or forbid the group's performances as to the person, who breached the conditions of the agreement. The consideration of the suit is appointed on Thursday.
