COMM Chairman of Central Election Committee Yaroslav Davydovich photographed in Kiev, on Monday, December 13, 2004. On the 10th of December Mr. Davydovich announced that the electronic system of election sizing up was not the legal reasoning for the validation of election results, but it was only the evidence of public opinion. Official results are declared only on the basis of originals of territorial election committee protocols.
