About 20 thousand opposition supporters piquet the building. Delegates appealed to Yanukovich and Yushchenko proposing them to withdraw their candidatures on re-run voting and “work out and perform an administrative and territorial reform in a year based on a principal of financial and economic all-sufficiency of the areas”.
