The participants of the round table

Alexander Moroz, Gennady Udovenko, Yury Kostenko, Vladimir Oleynik, Vasilyi Onopenko, Nikolay Gaber, Alexander Rzhavsky, Vitaly Kononov and Yury Karmazin, the candidates for the President, take part in the 'round table', organized by the "Holos Ukrainy" newspaper on Thursday, September 16, 1999, in Kyiv. The 9 out of the 15 candidates took part in the 'round table'. Each of the candidates told about his first actions on the President position in the case of his election. The majority of the latter declared that the first steps, when being a President, would be the change of the Cabinet of Ministers' membership, but not the change of the Constitution.
