Boxer Oleg Maskaev

COMM FILE 37 years old Russian boxer Oleg Maskayev during his fight in Kyiv on Saturday, September, 2003. The box World champion in super heavy weight on WBC version Maskayev has to go through the operation in his right elbow January, 9. He was injured in August during his fight with Hasim Rahman. The boxer thought he would escape the operation but the defence of his title in Moscow during the fight with Peter Ohello showed that surgical operation was needed. The promoter of Moskayev Denis Rappoport marked that the operation would take place in New York and the recovery would take 4-5 weeks.
