Attack on Philaret

Philaret, the Kyiv and All-Russia patriarch stands by side of Ivan Bylas on the meeting dedicated to the revival of the Ukrainian Kossaks' traditions in Mariypol (May, 1999). On Friday, April 30, 1999 in Mariupol, on the place, where the Kyiv Patriarchy Temple is planned to be build, Philaret and his attendants were attacked by a group of pickets.
