The UNIAN Archive. Nikolay Medoliz, the chief deputy head of the Ukrainian National Agency on Development and European Integration Affairs. On Sunday, July 4, 1999 (5.30 in the morning) Nikolay Medoliz, when returning from the business trip, died in the traffic accident on the Chernigovska route in 52km way from Kyiv. From the 1998 till the last day N.Medoliz occupied the position of the chief deputy of Roman Shpik.
