Victor Kolotov

The UNIAN Archive. Victor Kolotov - the legend of Ukrainian Football, the Honored Coach of Ukraine. Victor Kolotov, 51, had suddenly died on January 3-4 night, 2000.He was the Kyiv's Dynamo player, one of the brightest persons in the Soviet and Ukrainian football. Being in the Dynamo team during ten years, Kolotov took part in 218 games, scored 62 goals in the USSR Championships. The owner of the USSR 1974, 1978 Cups was nominated in the lists of "the 33 best" for 7 times. The owner of the UEFA Cups' Cup and Super-Cup - 1975, the bronze medallist of the Olympic games in 1972 and 1976. He conducted 55 games for the USSR Joint Team and scored 22 goals (in 1970-1978).
