UNIAN FILE Ukrainian gymnast Alexander Beresh celebrates after winning 3-rd place at Olympics in Sidney on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2000. Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004 28-year-old Beresh died in a car accident suburb of Ukrainian capital Kiev. Beresh was driving out of the petrol station on his own Peugeot when his car collided with BMW of Ukrainian parliament's auto park. Beresh died at the time of collision, his teammate Sergey Vialtsev got hard injuries and was placed into reanimation department. The BMW carried three persons including daughter of Ukraine's parliament vice-speaker Adam Martynyuk.
