COMM FILE Ukrainian deputy, the member of the faction ”Nasha Ukraina” Pavel Kachur in Kyiv on Monday, August, 9, 2004. December, 26, 2006 The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko appointed Kachur on the post of the governor of Sumy region. This is reflected in order №1125/2006 from December, 26. Before this designation 53 year old Kachur was a President councilor. From September, 2005 to August, 2006 Kachur was the Minister of construction, architecture and public utilities.
