A fight in Kiev Council

COMM Kyiv Mayor Leonid Chernovetsky presses his hand cut up by a broken protective partition during the bloking up of the tribune in session hall in Kyiv city administration on Thursday, December, 21, 2006. That day at the time of taking decision on the questions concerning land, the deputies from BJUT faction and ”Nasha Ukraina” bloked up the tribune in session hall of Kyiv city administration and broke up a protective partition which separated presidium from session hall.
