On Monday, March 5, 20001 the Kyiv's Borispilskyi District Court satisfied the suit of Ukrainian People's deputies Olexandr Zhir, Seryi Holovatyi and Victor Shishkin, concerning protection of deputy immunity and indemnity in moral damage. On December 8, 2000, collaborators of Kyiv's Borispil Airport customs office withdrew video-cassette with the record of witness of State Security Service major Nikolay Melnichenko.
