International Yacht Rally ’Kayra-99’

Businessman Teoman Arsay, the commodore of the International Yacht Rally 'Kayra-99' manages the mooring of Yachts (Monday, July 26, 1999, Balaklava, Sebastopol). The Yacht Rally (participants - businessmen, in general) around the Bleak Sea Countries is carried out under the patronage of the President of Turkey. 142 persons (age 8 months - 75 years) and several cats on the 41st yacht took part in the Rally (Germany - 12 yachts, the Great Britain - 9, Israel - 3, Ukraine - 3, Austria - 2, Canada - 2, Turkey - 2, France - 2, Venezuela - 1, Italy - 1, thew Netherlands - 1, the USA - 1, Switzerland - 1, Sweden - 1). The Rally finishes on the 28th of August, in Istanbul. During the 58 days the participants of the Rally will pass 2,000 nautical miles, and visit 31 port in 6 Countries.
