The UNIAN Archive. Dmitry Vladimirovich Dvorkis, the Chairman of the Vinnitska Regional Authorities. In the course of the ballot during the Extraordinary session of the Vinnitska Regional Authorities the deputies do not gather the obligatory number of votes on censure to Dvorsky, the newly appointed by the presidential decree chairman of the Vinnitska Regional Authorities (Monday, July 198, 1999). Voted 59 persons of the amount of - 81 and obligatory - 62. The deputies state that the Dvorkis Party put pressure upon them. The deputies also point on the not provided by the Constitution holding of three offices by Dvorkis - the Town Mayor, National Deputy and Head of the Regional Authorities positions.
