General Ivan Bylas, the national deputy, the President of the Summer Sport Federation is getting out of the sporting plane cabin on the Kyiv-based Airport "Chayka" (Monday, July 19, 1999). On 18-24th of July the 43rd Ukrainian Championship on the aerobatics takes place. 44 pilots from all over the Ukraine take part in the Contest. During the competitions each pilot will spend approximately 60 minutes in the air. General Bilas also takes part in the competitions.
