Rally ”Stolitsa”

Baikers (the fans of speedy ride on motorcycles) are waiting for the beginning of the ceremonial opening of rally "Stolitsa" (capital), in the Kyiv center, on Saturday, April 22, 2000. The rally took place on April 22-23. The 23 crews of professional auto-racers and some 20 amateur crews took part in the race. The rally was conducted on the route sections Pirogovo and Gogolevo. The overall distance - 340km, including 98km - on the velocity route. The members of the Lviv-based fan-club "Zaz-Cossack" also took part in the rally. Photo by Victor Pobedinskyi/ UNIAN
