Meeting of Kuchma with Kvasnevsky

Leonid Kuchma, the President of Ukraine (on the right) and Alexandr Kvasnevsky under the umbrellas are passing nearby the Guards of Honour at the time of greeting ceremony in Warsaw (Wednesday, June 23, 1999). Kuchma visits Warsaw within the framework of the two-day official visit. Kwasnewsky and Kuchma discussed the questions of economic, regional, boundary collaboration as well as the matter of European security and combined efforts in settlement of the Balkans region problem. Kwasnewsky declared that the two countries faced a task of the commodity circulation volume increase from $1.7 -$2 billions.
