The UNIAN Archive. Dmitryi Dvorkis, the Vinnitsa Mayor, the head of the Vinnitska Regional Office. On Tuesday morning, November 23, 1999 the Dvorkis owned Jeep was shot from the automatic gun. Dvorkis was wounded in his neck, his driver was killed, one of his security guards was also wounded. For the present time the Vinnitsa Mayor is in the hospital after the operation.
