Black sea beach

COMM The Black Sea near Odessa in July 2005. An oil patch of unknown origin was revealed near village Sychavka and port Yuzhny of Odessa’a area on July 28, 2005. The state ecologic inspection of North-Western region of the Black Sea informed that mineral oil content in the water did not exceed maximum allowable concentration at 13:00 on August 1, 2005.
